Having spent some time in Rome and taking a class with the master Gabriele Bonci, Giuseppe blends Roman pizza traditions and classic Montreal pizza culture in every square. Crunchy exterior with a soft and tender interior, abundantly garnished yet light and full of flavour.

We are proud to source our flours and cheeses from the Canadian and Quebec terroir and use local and Italian ingredients creating a hybrid pizza that reflects our true Identity.

We Offer two sizes, the  OG 12 inch which yields 5 squares and the Big G 16 inch, which gives you 10 squares.  Perfect for sharing.
