This blend of hot and spicy peppers is the ultimate condiment. G's hot sauce is made once a year by blending up to five different varieties of freshly quebec grown chili peppers.

Cayenne, Serrano, Carolina Reapers, Habanero and goat's horn peppers are aged and fermented with salt and spices before being pickled and canned following a time tested recipe.

Full of heat and flavour this artisanal blend is nuanced year over year and married well with our pizzas and plates.
