We looked around Montreal and found there was a need for a really tasty Italian pizza that also showcases Montreal.
G Pizzas makes artisanal, handmade, hand-stretched, long-fermented pizzas with amazing toppings that are baked fresh.

Flavour reigns supreme which is why our distinct pizza sauce blends two types of tomatoes for a balanced profile that’s not too sweet, not too acidic, and most importantly, very delicious. We start with Bianco DiNapoli tomatoes, which are organically-grown and harvested in Northern California, and combine them with Italian tomatoes. As part of Roman tradition, we season our sauce with oregano, garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and salt. Welcome to flavour country!
We begin with blending multiple flours from all over Canada. To obtain the best balance and flavour, our dough is long-fermented for a minimum of 36 hours. We add only natural ingredients, throwing in a special type of honey, sour dough, and a little bit of yeast. The result is a dough that you won’t find anywhere else and comes out delicious and fun to eat.
Shape matters which is why we cube our cheese to enhance the “mouth-feel” and the way it melts. This way, you can appreciate the cheese while also savoring the other ingredients. You’ll find that most other pizzas grate their cheese, creating what we refer to as a homogenous cheese carpet, but not us. Add to the fact that we use only high quality mozzarella and what you end up with is the most satisfying texture and taste – the way it should be.
